Please read these precautions before using, installing, or cleaning your GATHRA+ keyboard or keycaps. Follow any additional instructions supplied with your specific model.

Small Parts — Choking Hazard

Keycaps and included accessories contain small parts that may be swallowed or inhaled and cause choking.

Keep the product, loose keycaps, and accessories out of reach of infants and young children. Never put parts in your mouth or allow children to chew on them. Store removed parts securely and check your workspace for loose pieces after installation.

Intended Use & Supervision

These products are intended as computer accessories for adult users, not as toys. Minors should use them under adult supervision. An adult should handle the installation, removal, and storage of small parts.

Keyboard Weight & Safe Placement

Keyboard weight varies by model, approximately 0.5–2 kg. A falling keyboard can injure feet or other body parts.

Place your keyboard on a stable, level surface away from desk edges. Support it securely with both hands when moving it. Do not lift or carry it by its cable or keycaps.

Arrange cables to prevent tripping or accidental pulling. Keep keyboards and cables away from young children who could pull them down.

Installation & Cleaning

Switch off the keyboard, where applicable, and disconnect cables before removing keycaps or cleaning.

Use an appropriate keycap puller and avoid excessive force. Keep removed parts in a secure container.

Our keycaps are made from PBT. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for routine cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners, strong solvents, and high heat. Do not immerse the keyboard or allow liquid to enter it. Let all parts dry completely before reconnecting or using the keyboard.

Power & Charging — Where Applicable

Power and charging features vary by model. Follow the charging requirements in your model’s instructions and use compatible cables and power equipment.

Keep the keyboard and charging connections dry. Do not use damaged cables or charge a visibly damaged device.

Stop using and charging the device if you notice battery swelling, unusual heat, leakage, or an unusual smell. Do not puncture, crush, burn, or attempt to repair the battery. Contact us for assistance.

Damage & Safety Concerns

Stop using the product if it has broken parts, sharp exposed edges, or other damage that could cause injury.
