Shipping Origin & Destinations

All orders ship from China. We deliver to the available destinations listed below.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping with no minimum order value to:

• North America, including Central America and the Caribbean.
• Europe.
• Asia, including Southeast Asia.
• Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand.

Russia is included in our free-shipping destinations. The unavailable destinations listed below are excluded.

South America

Shipping to South America costs US$10 per parcel. The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Unavailable Destinations

We currently do not ship to:

• Africa
• Antarctica
• Afghanistan
• Iran
• Palestine
• Israel
• Ukraine
• North Korea

Orders with shipping addresses in these destinations cannot be completed.

Order Processing

We dispatch orders within 5 calendar days of payment, including weekends.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are expected to arrive approximately 15 calendar days after payment, including order processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
